Our food truck is all about bringing fresh, vibrant flavours to Saskatchewan by staying rooted to Latin American nutritious recipes. We source most of our ingredients from local businesses in order to support our neighbours. This allows us to reinforce our beautiful community and to keep foods full of flavour. Our menu blends time-honoured combinations with a creative touch. The majority of foods we serve are made from scratch, with lots of care and quality control from friends and family. Our name invokes our passion for Salsas. For starters, Salsa music is one of the most popular rhythms in all Latin America. It is known for its lively beat where your feet and hips start moving unintendedly. Also, the word Salsa means sauce. Any kind of sauce is Salsa in the Spanish language and we strongly believe that a good sauce can elevate any dish.
